Katherine has published over a dozen children’s books and is a proud graduate of Elon University, Duke University, and the Life Energy Institute. She finds immense joy in crafting stories that inspire children to believe that anything is possible. When she’s not publishing, educating, or inspiring young minds, Katherine feels most fulfilled spending time at the beach or on the golf course.

So, I created Soulfoodhub - a place where children can learn to connect to who they are, find their purpose, and take care of themselves. At Soulfoodhub, we are passionate about transforming lives through connectivity, wisdom, and knowledge. This is a space to empower parents and children along their journey.
As a registered polarity practitioner and born healer, Katherine has stepped down from practicing to focus on educating and uniting the children.
Soulfoodhub was born from the belief that connecting a generation to who they are can change the course of humanity. The more connected we are, the more love we will see in the world.
